The five cases
Confirmed and attended
The customer entered the code and the visit took place.
The only case with a full charge. It shows on your statement with the date, time and booking it came from.
02 / The cap
Small jobs never carry a big fee.
On a small invoice the charge is a percentage of the job instead of $100, whichever is lower. The percentage is agreed with you and confirmed in writing before the pilot starts.
Questions
Nothing hidden.
Why charge for attended appointments, not bookings?
Because a held slot isn’t worth anything to you until someone shows up. Pricing follows the outcome you care about.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum?
[Pilot terms to confirm.] Whatever applies is set out in writing before Canopy takes a booking for you.
How do I check what I’m charged?
Your statement lists every booking with its outcome and charge, so each line can be checked against your own calendar.
Does Canopy count toward Copp Oak consulting credits?
No. Canopy is priced on its own and isn’t part of the Opportunity Review, Blueprint or Build Sprint credit path.
Your next step
Would it pay for itself in your market?
That’s what the fit call is for. Mention Canopy when you book.
