> Copp Oak Advisors is an owner-led AI transformation practice for growing businesses. Its product Canopy connects home-service operators to AI assistants: when a customer asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a tradesperson, the operator gets booked, not just named.

## Canopy

- Canopy by Copp Oak connects service operators to AI assistants, so a customer's request becomes a confirmed job in the operator's own calendar. Nothing is booked until the customer confirms.
- Who it is for: home-service operators. Pilot trades: HVAC and plumbing.
- Calendars and job systems, live: Jobber, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho.
- Pricing: You pay a flat fee per job that shows up, credited against a small capped share of the completed work. No-shows and cancels cost you nothing. No monthly fee, no setup project. Priced at least 50% below our modeled Google cost, with the math shown.
- Pilot: The pilot is free for 6 months, with open enrollment and no cap.

## Headline research finding

- 79.1% of sampled ChatGPT/Gemini answers offered neither a booking path nor a connector (4,578 of 5,788 answers to local home-service booking questions; Gemini: 92.2%).
